You will explore the beautiful sights of Budapest in this typical quirky car of the communist period.
We will start the Trabant tour from the City Park, and will pass by the Szechenyi bath - Europe's largest thermal spa - , the Budapest Zoo and the Amusement Park.
We then take the Andrassy Avenue to downtown Pest, pass by the Opera House and the St Stephen's Basilica.
Next, we drive to the Parliament, the third largest Parliament of the world. This is the first stop, so you can make some photos.
Through the Chain bridge we drive over to the Buda side. We stop in the Castle District and during a short walk we show you the main attractions of the area. (from the castle district you can enjoy the beautiful panorama).
After the castle district we drive up to the Gellert Hill and Citadel -pass by several famous spas - and show you the most spectacular view of Budapest. We then take you over the Elisabeth Bridge back to Pest and show you the largest Synagogue of Europe.

Enjoy an intimate classical piano concert in the cozy downtown home of the renowned Hungarian piano master Mr. Adam Fellegi.
You will not only enjoy a very personal musical experience, but you will also witness that classical music can be made alive and personal for everybody.
The repertoire will include selections from the three best and most well known Hungarian composers Liszt, Bartók, and Kodály. Mr. Fellegi - a recipient of many national and international awards- explains and shares interesting details about the compositions in English, German or French.
You are invited to take a seat on the couch of Mr. Fellegi and enjoy the Hungarian melodies.

Szentendre, the small but famous, charming and artsy riverside city (just 20 minutes drive from Budapest) with its beautiful buildings and streets is a must for anyone who has an interest in art and folklore. A visit in Szentendre will add a lot to your stay in Budapest.
Optional program: A knowledgeable ceramic artist will host you in an authentic art studio, and let you see how fine hungarian ceramics are created!
You can also try your hand and create your own ceramic. The program is designed for those who enjoy experiencing real artwork and desire something more authentic than just visiting an art shop.

The Danube bend is an S shaped curve of the river that begins just below Esztergom and twists down to near Szentendre.
This is one of the richest regions is terms of cultural and historical heritage: green valleys, hills rising up from the Danube, picturesque little towns and medieval fortresses.
This tour along the "Blue Danube" will get you aquainted with the royal Hungarian towns of Visegrád, Esztergom and the smal artsy riverside village of Szentendre. Even if you spend just a short time in Hungary, the bend is worth to see: the beautiful region is located very near of Budapest.

Szentendre: On the way to the Danube bend we will stop in the artist's village of Szentendre. It is a small baroque city at the gate of the Danube Bend in a beautiful natural environment. Cobbled squares, colorful baroque houses, narrow streets, graceful churches, nice cafes and quality souvenir/art shops. Szentendre means home and inspiration for many well known Hungarian artists. The art shops here are famous throughout the whole country.

Visegrád once was the capital of Hungary. From the hill there you will enjoy an absolutely fascinating panorama on the Danube bend.

Esztergom: Hungary’s first king István was born and crowned here. Esztergom was the seat of the first Hungarian kings until 1241. Though, the city is still the centre of the Hungarian Catholic Church.
First you will get to see the city of Esztergom from the opposite side of the river which belongs to Slovakia. We will cross the river through the Maria Valeria bridge.
After that we will go back to Esztergom and visit the largest cathedral of Hungary (burial place of famous cardinals of Hungary, like the renowned Primate József Mindszenty).During our stay in Esztergom we can stop for lunch (optional, not incl.).

The Balaton region is one of Hungary’s most popular destinations.
When I was a child there were just a very few things making me as excited as I felt when I could go to the Balaton. For us Hungarians it is our sea. 
The 77 kms long beautiful lake - the largest fresh-water lake of Central Europe - is ideal choice if you want to see some of the Hungarian countryside.
The beautiful landscapes, the great gastronomy, the fresh wines, the charme of the villages and the historical and architectural heritage of the region are all good reasons to plan a visit here. The tour requires a day.

The pearl of the Balaton is the Tihanyi Peninsula. This is the settlement we will visit first. Thanks to the special attributes of its landscape, its geological idiosyncrasies, its diverse flora and fauna, it was the first designated landscape protection area of the country. On its smaller hill a church and a monastery were founded in Tihany as early as nine centuries ago.
After admiring the breathtaking panorama and visiting the village we will head to Balatonfüred, the capital of the northern shore. Balatonfüred was always beloved by artists and writers, not by accident. We will make a walk along the pretty promenade and observe the beautiful villas and mansions. 

Your day at Balaton lake will be completed by a visit to a winery with an amazing view over the Balaton. The fantastic panorama will most likely take your breath away. Mountains, hills, plains, forests, meadows, vineyards, villages and houses. Clouds, wind, colors, smells.
You can taste several wines of the region and hopefully find your favourite one. The winery offers fine food as well!

Instead of just seeing the most famous sights, you will get involved in the city’s life! You will get some very interesting questions and tasks to solve: The answers will be found on your way discovering the city’s beautiful sights: on a facade, in a store, in a courtyard, along the Danube…

We recently organized a private folklore night for a group. We taught them original and enjoyable folk dances, complete with a band and private teacher. It was such a great success that we decided to launch a Hungarian folklore dance class. 
Your group will enjoy authentic Hungarian folk music performed by skilled gypsy musicians, and they will learn the basics of some of the original dances. 
A folklore dance class can create such a great common experience that it might be the highlight for your group's Hungarian visit.
