The Hungarian Soul tour
Tour is usually available two or three times every week, usually on Mondays and Fridays and on some Saturdays. Please follow the available days in our calendar here. (other days can be requested but cannot be guaranteed)
Signup deadline for the Hungarian Soul Tour is at least 48 hours before start of tour. You can expect to get a preliminary confirmation from us after you completed your reservation, and you will hear from us one more time after the application deadline expired (once we have all the bookings we received) and no later than 20-24 hours before your tour is supposed to start. This second email from us will include final information of your tour.
Out of Budapest tours
Tours are available upon request, can be requested for any day in the week.
The country tours don't require 4 participants, we operate these tours even for one person!
Only Hungarian Soul Tour requires a minimum of 4 participants (If you travel alone, or if you are two or three people, you are welcome to book the tour and we will do our best to put you together with other participants to ensure that there are at least 4 people per tour).
Every other tour does not have such a requirement, we operate our country tours from one participant.
Because you will get an introduction to Hungary’s culture like you probably never got before to any nation’s culture - unless you were very lucky on one of your previous trips - and our tour might easily become the highlight of your trip. This is definetely our goal for you!
We accept bookings up to 48 hours before the tour. Your tickets / seats are not reserved until you have completed the order at Mypersonalbudapest.com and your credit card has been successfully processed.
If you are not able to tour on the announced days, please email us at email@example.com and we will try to accommodate your group.
You can also write us if you are interested solely in a private city tour.
If you have at least 4 people in your group, then yes. If you are not able to tour on the announced days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate your group.
The Hungarian Soul Tour
We request all applicants to transfer the total tour price prior to the tour, after completing the reservation on our website. You can pay via Paypal with your Mastercard & Visa. You do not have to own a paypal account to be able to complete the payment.
Once full payment is made you will be allocated a place/places on our tour and you can expect to receive your preliminary confirmation that will be emailed to you.
Out of Budapest tours
Payment is due on the tour days, in cash.

We are constantly collecting further bookings to this tour. As described in our Terms and Conditions, we operate the tour from a minimum of 4 participants. If you travel alone, or if you are two or three people, you are welcome to book the tour and we will do our best to put you together with other participants to ensure that there are at least 4 people per tour.
If we don’t have enough participants (at least 4) for the date you booked, we reserve the right to cancel the Hungarian Soul tour. But we don’t intend to leave you without a tour and we will offer you a quality replacement tour- with an itinerary of your choice. This replacement tour does not require a minimum of 4 participants.
Possible price differences will be settled on the tour day.
If you choose not to take this replacement tour, we will of course give you a refund. This refund equals the money you paid reduced by our paypal fee and also reduced by the value of your Parliament tickets
Please note that the Parliament tickets are gifts from us to you only if we have enough people on the Soul Tour so it can be operated.
In any event the Hungarian Soul Tour does not take place, regardless of the reason, please note that we will charge for the Parliament tickets.
