There are no extra or hidden costs.

After you submitted your reservation, we will send you a confirmation along with payment information. You can pay for the tour with your bank card, via Paypal (you don't have to have a paypal account).

Important information
 

The Hungarian Soul Tour is usually available two or three times every week, usually on Mondays and Fridays and on some Saturdays. Please follow the available days in our calendar here. (other days can be requested but cannot be guaranteed).
Application deadline is 48 hours before the start of your tour. 

Can The Hungarian Soul Tour be private?
If you have at least 4 people in your group, then yes. If you are not able to tour on the announced days, please email us at contact@mypersonalbudapest.com and we will try to accommodate your group.

As described in our Terms and Conditions, we operate the tour with a minimum of 4 participants (this does not mean that your party has to have minimum 4 participants-see below here). 
If you travel alone, or if you are two or three people, you are welcome to book the tour and we will do our best to put you together with other participants to ensure that there are at least 4 people per tour. There will be maximum 8 people on the tour in order to ensure that the tour will remain enjoyable and can run smoothly, and all participants can ask questions at any time. Further, if you have at least 4 people in your party and you cannot find an available date in our calendar that suits you, please contact us at contact@mypersonalbudapest.com.

If we don’t have enough participants (at least 4) for the date you booked, we reserve the right to cancel the Hungarian Soul tour. But we don’t intend to leave you without a tour and we will offer you a quality replacement tour- with an itinerary of your choice.  This replacement tour does not require a minimum of 4 participants.
Possible price differences will be settled on the tour day.
If you choose not to take this replacement tour, we will of course give you a refund. This refund equals the money you paid reduced by our paypal fee and also reduced by the value of your Parliament tickets
Please note that the Parliament tickets are gifts from us to you in case you take the Soul Tour or the alternative tour, but if you refuse to take the alternative tour we will have to charge for the Parliament tickets.
